HonorVet.org Co-Founders Jesse Canella and Jim McCain appeared this past Veterans Day live on MSNBC. They discussed some of their personal stories and how it motivated them to create HonorVet.org. Jesse and Jim also talked about the first concert in the Unity For Vets Concert series that HonorVet.org is producing. 

The concert took place that night (November 11th, 2011) at the NYCB Theatre in Westbury, NY. Unity For Vets New York featured Bret Michaels with special performances from ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons, Ellis Hall, and the Unity All-Star Band. Special appearances were made by Senator John and Mrs. Cindy McCain, Cuba Gooding Jr., Dr. Roscoe Brown, and Dr. Brenda Wade.
